Itinerary
VISIT Santa Rosa de Quives
We visit Santa Rosa de Quives, where Saint Rose of Lima once lived. We explore the church where she was baptized by Saint Toribio de Mogrovejo, as well as the chapel housing the penitence room and the Wishing Well.
VISIT Cochapampa viewpoint
We continue ascending toward the mountain range. Our next stop is the Cochapampa viewpoint, offering stunning views of the towns of Canta, Obrajillo, and San Miguel de Viso. Along the way, we pass through the rural community of Cullhuay.
VISIT Pomora waterfall – Mellicera
We visit the Pomora Waterfall, also known as «Mellicera», located at 4,000 m above sea level. Free time to take photos. On the way up, we get a panoramic view of the famous Fan Mountain (weather permitting).
ACTIVITY Cordillera de La Viuda – 4,800 m above sea level
We arrive at the Cordillera de La Viuda at 4,800 m above sea level and perform the traditional Pachamama (Mother Earth) offering. Our guide shares legends and myths from the Lima highlands.
ACTIVITY Lakes – Free time for photos
We enjoy the stunning landscape of its lakes: Laguna Chuchun (shaped like the map of Peru), Laguna 7 Colores (named for its shifting turquoise, green, and blue hues), and snowcapped mountain peaks visible in the distance, depending on the season.

LUNCH Huaros – Free time for lunch
Transfer to Huaros for free time to enjoy traditional dishes such as trout, trout ceviche, Pachamanca, and corn broth soup, among others.

END OF TOUR Arrival in Lima
